I wanted to become a realtor because it’s my passion. I love seeing the look on a first time homebuyers face when we hand them their keys at the closing and the watching their faces as they embark on a new chapter of their lives. It gets me every time.
We live in this area and this is a tight knit community. I love to represent and serve members of our community.
The Staten Island market is hot. Homes are flying off the market. There is such lack of inventory because this is an area where many people want to live. It is close to New Jersey and the many malls that are there. We have many people who can commute to work in New Jersey and in Manhattan. Our public transportation allows for many people to travel to work and still not sacrifice the suburbs living but still be close to all the exciting things New Jersey and the Boroughs of New York City has to offer.
What we wanted to do was create a friendly, warm environment for potential home buyers and sellers to come to where we can make them feel comfortable and at ease when it comes to buying their new home or selling their old one. We wanted to break the mold and break the stereotype of the home buying process or home selling process being stressful which is why many people don’t want to be bothered. We really feel you have to surround these transactions with people you can trust, that will give you honest advice while holding your hand through the process.
We feel less is more. We want to grow the right way by being very selective of the people we hire. It is important to have knowledgeable experienced agents that represent us. We want to stay on the cutting edge of technology, social media to help connect buyers and sellers and make sure that our clients have the exposure necessary to find the home that best suits their needs or sell their home in a timely fashion.
We offer a wide variety of marketing ideas and services to make sure our clients home get the maximum exposure necessary to sell in a timely fashion. We are always trying to new things to separate ourselves from the other real estate companies. For the most part we feel there are some strong companies on the island, but we plan to do things a little differently and build a sustainable business for the years to come.
